This grade 2 listed 17^th Century farmhouse building has been stylishly updated throughout, retaining its original features. Original wood beam ceilings form a cosy canopy over warmly lit rooms and sofas to sink into. Stone walls and oak doors are juxtaposed with quirky modern touches, from wall-papered feature walls, to the marble built in-bar, and an eccentric half-size bath. The feature garden includes stone terraces, a rose garden, a vast lawn and wilder wooded areas.

All ten guests can relax together in the generous living room, or spread out into the reception room with its own bar; enjoy leisurely meals in the formal dining room; spend down-time in the games room den; or socialise at the long kitchen table in the open plan kitchen breakfast room, spilling onto the east facing terrace with stunning views over the Medway valley.

Each of the four spacious double rooms and one twin room has its own individual charm. With vintage furniture, crisp White Company bedding, natural light, and soft carpeting under foot. The house offers four bathrooms, including two en-suites, stocked with gorgeous Bramley products.

Barbeque on summer nights to host friends staying on the estate. Blissfully unwind in the hot tub with a view across the valley. From the farmhouse garden over a tiny bridge, a large tree-framed heated swimming pool awaits, open from March to October.
