We were really happy with our stay at Cart Lodge. The lodge is beautiful with lovely decor and loads of character but all the modern amenities we could ask for. And the hosts were great, they checked in on us during the storm to make sure we were ok. We would happily recommend anyone to book here who wants a lovely escape to the country.

Enjoy the breathtaking view from the comfy outdoor seating area, or perched at the breakfast bar while you plan your day. On cooler nights, you can warm up with the woodburning stove, cleverly nestled in the partition between the living room and bedroom for a toasty transition to bedtime. BBQ outside, or cook with local produce in the well-equipped kitchen.
The large bedroom includes a double bed and a pull-out double day bed to comfortably accommodate a family of four, or five including your four-legged friend. We keep the bathroom with bath and large walk-in shower stocked with gorgeous Brambley products.

We really loved staying at Cart Lodge, the cottage is very comfortable and perfect for a short break. We were left a really nice welcome hamper as well which was amazing. We would love to stay again.
