Accommodation
All our accommodation is private and secluded, but close enough to mix and match across the estate. Between cosy huts, classy cottages, a hot tub, and even twin outdoor baths – make a romantic getaway, or share a holiday or special event with family and friends.
All accommodation comes with access to our two-hundred-acres of farmland and ancient woods, and dogs are most welcome.
We are dog friendly – your furry friends are welcome in all our cottages and huts.
Priory Park
The Shepherds Huts
Three snug huts, Badgers, Stag and Deer are spaced across a picturesque meadow at Priory Park. In winter these intimate hideaways are a wood-panelled, thick-blanketed warm hug; in summer it’s a pocket of peace where time slows to the rhythm of birdsong and rustling grass. Enjoy the solitude, share a sanctuary for two, bunk in to a cabin built for four; or book all three and share the meadow with family and friends.
All three huts come with fresh cotton bedding, layered to stay cool in summer and toasty in winter; with a fluffy hot water bottle for colder nights. The quaint bathrooms have hot showers, and we keep them stocked with gorgeous Bramley shampoo and conditioner.
The space-efficient kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials, or you can enjoy alfresco cooking on your own Weber BBQ. Sit out on the decking on comfy chairs to wile away the evening; or bring the chairs to the lawn and light up the fire pit, toast marshmallows and gaze at the stars.
There is no light pollution at Priory Park – perfect for seeing the stars, but do bring a torch.
Lodgefield Farm
Lodgefield is a charming and tranquil working form, owned by the family run Highfields Estate and home to our herd of creamy white Charolais cattle. Meander around secluded paths through our 200 acres of farmland and ancient woodland where you can spot bluebells in the spring, deer camouflaged in the towering trees, and the catch the river Medway flowing east carrying stories from the region’s rich Medieval history. You may even stumble across our resident donkey and goat.
Here in his blissful bucolic setting, rent one of our beautifully renovated cottages with a private garden for a peaceful retreat, or all three for a holiday with family and friends.

All our guests are welcomed with fresh cut flowers from our walled garden and a starter pack of wood for the burners and coal for the BBQ.
